VINIFICATION AND MATURATION: The healthiest bunches of grapes are dried in well ventilated, drying rooms, until the February following the vintage. The dried grapes are pressed and fermented in the traditional manner. Maturation takes place in the typical caratelli for four years before bottling.

The hilly zones in Vinci and surrounding areas.

COLOUR
Amber in colour. On the glass, very close tears show its impressive structure.
NOTES
Pleasant dried fruit aromas on the nose, together with honey hints. Rich and velvety in the mouth, it is very intense and persistent
